Q. I placed an order. How soon can I expect it to arrive?
A. All orders placed before 3pm PST are shipped same day. We offer standard UPS ground shipping which can take anywhere from 3-5 days depending on your location. We also offer 2 day express and overnight shipping for an additional charge.

Q. What do I do if I do not receive my order or if it is defective?
A. If you do not receive your order in a timely manner or if you receive a defective DVD, please contact us immediately at mailordersupport@elegantangel.com. For more information and for our shipping address for returns please refer to our our Refund Policy.

Q. I can't find the movie I am looking for?
A. We have discontinued some of our older titles or we may be out of stock of the title you are looking for. Our movie catalog is searchable by porn star, director, keyword or niche or alphabetical by the first letter of the title of the movie. If you have any questions about a particular title please contact us.

Q. What format are your trailers?
A. Our movie trailers are free to download and come in two formats, Windows Media Player and Quicktime (iPod trailers). Our iPod compatible trailers require Quicktime 7 for viewing on your computer.

Q. How do I download your trailers to my video iPod?
A. Simply download your selected video iPod trailer to your hard drive and add it to your video iPod via your iTunes software OR subscribe to our podcast. Open iTunes, click "Advanced", "Subscribe to Podcast" and copy and paste the following link - http://www.elegantangel.com/ipod/

Q. Will I get spam if I subscribe to the newsletter?
A. No. We do not share or sell our email list. We send out a high-quality newsletter once a month. Our newsletter features free pics, the latest releases, exclusive porn star interviews and much more. You may unsubscribe from our newsletter list at any time. There is an unsubscribe link at the bottom of each newsletter we send.

Q. What is Pre-Ordering a movie?
A. You may pre-order a movie from our Coming Soon section. Pre-ordering simply means placing your order for a movie that has not yet been released. Your order will be filled when the movie arrives in our warehouse. This means you can get our latest releases on the same day the stores get them! There is no extra charge for pre-ordering a movie.

Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Q. What are your shipping rates?
A. We currently offer 3 options for shipping. Option 1: we offer shipping via standard UPS ground delivery which takes 3-5 days for $7.50. Option 2: UPS Express. UPS Express offers a 2 day delivery for $15.50. Option 3: UPS next day, for $31.50 you can have your order delivered next day air!
